Sibenik
This region has the longest tradition in tourism in Croatia, thanks to exquisite nature beauty, historical heritage and widely known healing characteristics of climate and vegetation. Šibenik is situated along the mouth of Krka on the most picturesque part of the eastern Adriatic coast, between two beautiful towns: Zadar and Split. It is a city of culture, the host to the only International Children's Festival as well as traditional events such as Dalmatian chanson Evenings. Near the town there are two national parks - Krka and Kornati, both visible by land and by sea, whose fascinating landscapes take visitors breath away.
