Place of work: Split, Croatia.
Description: Base manager is generally in charge of boat maintenance (making small repairs and contacting specialised services for bigger problems), as well as boat transfers from one marina to another, throughout the entire year. You’d also be in direct contact with the guests and other clients, showing them around the boats. The workplace is in the marina.
Requirements:

• Knowledge of two foreign languages (English, German, Italian)
• Drivers licence
• Skipper licence and professional skipper experience

Description: The skipper’s job is to drive the boat and take care of vessel transfers and takeovers. While sailing, you are responsible for the boat, and need to keep everything in order. You should also be able to recommend the guests some interesting routes, places to visit or give advice about their stay.

Description: A hostess’ job is great for you if you are communicative, well educated, tidy, know your way around the kitchen and have a friendly personality.
As a hostess, you’d be in charge of preparing meals and keeping the boat clean and tidy. You would also be spending a great deal of time with the guests, so you are expected to know foreign languages and be able to answer their questions and familiarize them with our country and customs. Requirements:

• Experience in working in tourism
• Cooking skills

Description: Charter referent communicates with the clients, via e-mail, telephone or facsimile and organizes bookings. It is an office job, but in the tourist season you’d be working in the marina on Saturdays, meeting the guests and inspecting the boats.
